Creamy and Healthy Mushroom Pasta

DIRECTIONS

  1. First put the pasta on to cook as directed on the packet.
  2. Add the coconut milk and vegetable stock, add the all-purpose flour and saute the mushrooms, crushed garlic and onions for about a minute. 
  3. Whisk until well-combined, then stir continuously while it simmers. 
  4. Then put in salt and pepper to taste and toss the cooked pasta.
  5. Lastly served with fresh parsley.
