  • ½ mango
  • 20g chia seeds
  • 100g coconut milk, reduced fat
  • 1 tsp maple syrup


  1. Cut the mango flesh into small pieces and add half to a jar.

  3. Refrigerate overnight for a delicious and healthy breakfast treat.
