One of the most favorite afternoon treats has always been banana bread. After you return from work, serve with a cup of tea… delicious!


  • Prep Time : 5 – 10 minutes
  • Cook Time :40 minutes
  • Total Minutes : 45 – 50 minutes
  • Servings: 7- 8 Servings 
  • CALORIES: Approximately 270 to 280 kcal


  • 3 large bananas
  • 75ml sunflower oil
  • 100g soft brown sugar
  • 225g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.Bananas should be completely mashed before being combined with sugar and oil.
  2. Combine the cinnamon, baking powder, and flour by adding them all together.
  3. Until a skewer comes out clean, bake in a loaf pan that has been oiled. Slice after letting it cool.
