Surprise Hit: How 8 PRE WORKOUT May Impact 2024 with Flavor and Function

Riverview, Florida November 16th, 2023, A couple of weeks ago, I was soaking in the familiar buzz of my 27th Olympia Fitness Expo. It’s become a ritual of sorts, but this time, I couldn’t shake off my nostalgia as I missed the hustle of Las Vegas—the anticipation in the lengthy cab line that always prefaces unforgettable moments. This time, I was dealing with the disappointment of an Orlando-based Olympia. Although disappointed with this year’s venue, I certainly wasn’t disappointed with what would eventually be a sample of what could have easily been the 2023 pre-workout supplement of the year. The sample in question was for a product called 8 PRE WORKOUT.

It’s a Matter of Taste

Because pre-workout formulations feature so many “unsavory” ingredients, flavoring these products is a big challenge. Those of us who have been in the industry for a while know that even when a pre-workout tastes good, the product can only be sipped. When taking a sip, an extra second is given in anticipation of the bitter or chemical taste that smacks you across the face. To be truthful, the anticipated lousy taste never happened. 8 PRE WORKOUT was terrific! I had two scoops w/t 10 ounces of water, which, instead of sipping, I drank as if it were a glass of Kool-Aid!

By the way, I am a grape connoisseur; I love grape as a flavor, so when I give 8 PRE WORKOUT a 10 out of 10 rating, you can expect it to be something special. Without a doubt, 8 PRE WORKOUT gets my vote for the best-tasting pre-workout of the year.

It’s More Than Just a Matter of Taste

I am a big fan of the combination of Dynamine™, TeaCrine®, and Caffeine. It appears that 8 PRE WORKOUT nailed these ingredients’ right combination and ratio. Maybe it’s the inclusion of AlphaSize®. Whatever the case, 8 PRE WORKOUT does precisely what a pre-workout is expected to do. Expectedly, this product will help increase energy, provide cognitive health support, build muscleincrease strength, and deliver as a highly effective N.O. booster.

I have one word of caution: if you are new to pre-workout formulas, you will want to start with one scoop to evaluate your tolerance. Otherwise, at two scoops, you might get overwhelmed. Start by determining how much you can handle, and increase your dose in small ¼ serving increments until you find your sweet spot.

This is not intended to be a scientific review. Instead, it is my experience trying two scoops of this product added to 10 ounces of water. I’ve been in this industry a lot of years, and without hesitation, I would try a month’s supply of this product, but at one or one and a half scoops instead of two.

The company is out of Miami, FL, and if I understand correctly, they are about to drop four more products. I’m excited to see what’s next.
