- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and warm water. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped chives, shredded carrots, diced tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
