SPINACH SOUFFLÉ RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry with paper towels
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 large eggs, , beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter,, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9″ baking dish, square or round. 
  • In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir together well. 
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the center is set.
