The difference between supersets and giant sets. Supersets and giant sets are similar in that they both involve performing multiple exercises back-to-back with minimal rest in between. However, there is a difference in the number of exercises and the muscle groups targeted. Supersets typically involve two exercises, one for the agonist muscle group and one for the antagonist muscle group, or for different muscle groups. Giant sets, on the other hand, involve three or more exercises, targeting the same muscle group or different muscle groups.

Supersets are often used to increase intensity and muscle endurance, while giant sets are used to increase overall muscle mass and strength. Both techniques can be done with resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, or bodyweight exercises.
