INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen

  • Toppings: sliced banana, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, vegan chocolate chips, granola, fresh berries, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen banana slices, cocoa powder, maple syrup (if using), and plant-based milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. If necessary, add more plant-based milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, to help blend the mixture.
