- Handful parsley
- 1/3 cup red lintels
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Spices:turmeric,black pepper,cumin,salt,soup seasoning mix.
- 3-4 cups water
DIRECTIONS
- Saute the raw veggies
- Add spice, red lintels, and water
- Add the soup to a blender, and blend for two to three minutes.
