INGREDIENTS

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 potato
  • 1 stick of celery
  • Handful parsley
  • 1/3 cup red lintels
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Spices:turmeric,black pepper,cumin,salt,soup seasoning mix.
  • 3-4 cups water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute the raw veggies 
  2. Add spice, red lintels, and water
  3. Add the soup to a blender, and blend for two to three minutes.
