  • 70 grams Blueberries
  • 5 Strawberries (Large)
  • 1 Orange (Medium)
  • 17 grams Walnuts
  • 17 grams Poppy Seeds
  • 1 Orange for juicing (optional)


  1. Mix the fruit together in a large bowl.
  2. Save 1 orange to serve with juice on top when done (optional)
  3. Poppy seeds and walnuts go on top.
