INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend Oats: In a blender, blend the rolled oats until finely ground.
  2. Add Ingredients: Add the banana, mixed berries, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and milk to the blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Adjust Sweetness: Taste the smoothie and add more honey if you prefer it sweeter.
  5. Add Ice (Optional): If desired, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until smooth and icy.
  6. Serve: Pour the oatmeal smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
