INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups coconut milk beverage
  • 3 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen underripe banana, sliced
  • fresh berries and unsweetened coconut, for topping

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, pour the coconut milk beverage. Blend in the banana and frozen berries until well-combined.
  2. Pour the smoothie into two bowls. Add unsweetened coconut and fresh berries as garnish. Serve right away.
