INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups coconut milk beverage
- 3 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen underripe banana, sliced
- fresh berries and unsweetened coconut, for topping
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, pour the coconut milk beverage. Blend in the banana and frozen berries until well-combined.
- Pour the smoothie into two bowls. Add unsweetened coconut and fresh berries as garnish. Serve right away.
