INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops Strawberry Banana Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1 cup plant-based milk, plain, unsweetened (i.e., soy, oat, almond)
  • 1 small banana
  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen, unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds

GARNISH (OPTIONAL)

  • Banana slices
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small blender, combine the protein powder, plant-based milk, banana, strawberries, and chia seeds. 1-2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Put some in a bowl. Add more strawberries, bananas, or chia seeds as a garnish.
  3. Serve right away or chill for an hour or more to allow the sauce to thicken more.
