INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 2 teaspoon almond butter (or cashew butter)
  • 2 medjool date , pitted (or more to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine the coffee, cashew butter, and date. Blend until smooth. If you’d want something sweeter, taste it and add another date.
  2. This combination can be poured directly into your cup and served immediately if you use a high-speed blender. If you use a regular blender, you might wish to strain out any stray pieces of date that the blender might have missed by passing the liquid through a fine mesh sieve.
