- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, cooked quinoa, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, chopped celery, rolled oats (or breadcrumbs), tomato paste, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
