Yogurt w/ Honey and Pomegranate

  • 250 ml yogurt full
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios
  •  1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds


  1. Place the strainer over the bowl with the cheese cloth inside.
  2. 1 spoonful of honey is placed in each glass spoon. To the glass, add the half-and-half mixture made from the thickened yogurt.
  3. Add a half-teaspoon of honey to the yogurt.
  4. Add the honey after finely chopping the pistachios. Finally, top with the pomegranate seeds.
