INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion
- 300ml water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 apple
- 100g potatoes
- 100g carrots, sliced
- 200g cauliflower florets
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 100g green beans
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 20g sultanas
- ÂĽ tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
- Onions, garlic, celery, apples, potatoes, carrots, and cauliflower are peeled, chopped, and divided into florets.
- For five minutes, stir-fry apple, celery, onion, and garlic in hot oil in a big pan.
- Stir-fry the mixture gently for another minute after adding the chili, ginger, and turmeric.
- Potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and green beans should also be added, along with 300 cc of water. Add salt and sultanas, then stir in tomato puree.
- Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 35–40 minutes.Until you’re ready to serve, savor the aroma!
