The recommended way to use M-PRE™ is to start slowly and carefully. It is important to evaluate your tolerance to the formula before considering any increase in dosage. Once it is confirmed that you are healthy and able to use the product, begin by mixing one scoop with water and consuming it on an empty stomach. If you tolerate this well and wish to increase the dosage, do so gradually by adding ¼ scoop increments and assessing your tolerance. Under no circumstances should more than two scoops be used at one time.
Taste and Dilution:
M-PRE™ is known for being one of the best-tasting formulas in its category, but the key to enjoying its flavor is proper dilution. Experiment with the amount of water used to mix the product. Typically, M-PRE™ is combined with six to ten ounces of water. If the taste is too concentrated, simply add more water to achieve your desired flavor.
